Content Marketer
Location & Type: Delhi, Full-time
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketer who can take ownership of execution and help scale our content engine.
You’ll work alongside the team to:
- Turn ideas into sharp communication
- Maintain consistency across channels
- Support ongoing campaigns with high-quality output
You should be comfortable operating with:
- Direction, not micromanagement
- Ownership, not task-taking
What You’ll Do
1. Own Content Output
Create:
- Social media posts (founder + brand)
- Blogs (clear, structured, insight-led)
- Case studies
- Email sequences (outreach + follow-ups)
- Take inputs (notes, conversations, briefs) → turn into publish-ready content
2. Contribute to Digital Campaigns
Support ongoing marketing efforts by:
- Writing ad copies (hooks, primary text)
- Creating campaign-aligned content
Think in terms of:
- Audience relevance
- Clarity of message
- Conversion intent (not just engagement)
3. Scale Content Through Repurposing
Convert:
- One blog → multiple LinkedIn posts
- Case studies → snackable formats
- Ensure consistency across formats without repetition fatigue
4. Maintain Content Flow
Manage:
- Content pipeline
- Drafts and iterations
- Ensure output is consistent and timely without constant follow-ups
5. Collaborate, Not Wait
Work closely with:
- Design → for creatives & storytelling
- BD → for outreach alignment
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- Strong writing ability (simple, clear, structured)
- Ability to translate complex ideas into business language
- Understanding of B2B/startup audience (founders, CXOs)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
Experience
- 3-7 years in content / marketing roles
- (flexible if the work is strong)
