About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-obsessed, and creatively driven Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of our brand’s visual language. You will work at the intersection of luxury aesthetics, marketing strategy, and creative storytelling — leading design output across digital and print while mentoring a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality designs for social media, digital ads, print collaterals, brand campaigns, and in-clinic branding materials.
- Own, protect, and continuously evolve The Face Company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and premium quality across every brand touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams to translate briefs and concepts into compelling, impactful visuals.
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior designers — maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely execution of all projects.
- Oversee image retouching, video creatives, motion graphics, and campaign-level visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering within deadlines and without compromise on quality.
- Monitor trends in design, beauty, luxury, and aesthetics and proactively bring fresh, relevant ideas into the brand’s creative direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating premium or luxury brand work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Strong command of layout, typography, colour theory, and the nuances of luxury brand aesthetics.
- Proven ability to interpret creative briefs independently and deliver strategic, on-brand design solutions with minimal direction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and uncompromisingly high visual standards.
- Prior experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury sector is highly preferred.
- A leadership mindset with demonstrated ability to guide, inspire, and review a design team’s output.
